RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order please reach out so we can help.

1. Returning Items

If you change your mind about a product you can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact us to initiate the returns process.

2. Sealed Trading Card Products

Due to the randomised nature of trading card games, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect

This includes:

  • Booster packs

  • Booster boxes

  • Elite Trainer Boxes

  • Tins and collection boxes

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order is faulty or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Provide your order number and photos if applicable

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition it was received in

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be securely packaged for return

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • All items will be fully inspected before being processed

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 7 working days after receipt of the return
